If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service.

• Financial data visualization and research tools
• Comparative analysis and trend identification

All services are provided on an "as-is" basis. The Service is intended for informational and research purposes only.

3. Investment Disclaimer

The Service provides data analysis and tools for research purposes only. We are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, financial planners, or affiliated with the SEC. Our platform does NOT provide:

• Investment recommendations or advice
• Buy, sell, hold, or any trading recommendations
• Financial planning or wealth management services
• Personalized investment strategies
• Price targets, valuations, or earnings projections
• Tax or legal advice related to securities

4. Data Sources and Accuracy Limitations

• AI-generated summaries may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misinterpretations
• Real-time alerts may be subject to delays or technical failures

• Keyword matching algorithms may produce false positives or miss relevant filings

5. User Accounts and Subscription Plans

Account Registration: Users must create and maintain an active account to access premium features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update it to maintain accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining account security.

Subscription Plans and Features:

• Free Tier: Limited access to basic SEC filings and filing search
• Professional Plan: Enhanced access with keyword monitoring (up to 5 keywords per company) and alerts
• Enterprise Plan: Unlimited access, unlimited keyword monitoring, advanced features, and dedicated support

Billing and Plan Changes: Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Plan upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges for the remaining billing period. Plan downgrades take effect immediately with prorated refunds for unused time. All billing calculations are handled by Stripe's proration system. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

Modifications and Cancellation: We reserve the right to modify plans, features, and pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately and does not entitle you to refunds for the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

While SEC filing data is public domain, our platform contains proprietary intellectual property:

• AI analysis, summaries, and insights are our exclusive intellectual property
• Platform code, design, layout, and technology are protected by copyright
• Our compilation, organization, and analysis of public data are protected
• You may not scrape, copy, distribute, or redistribute our analysis
• Commercial use requires explicit written permission
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access our source code

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial research only.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use Service for illegal activities, securities fraud, or market manipulation
• Engage in automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction without permission
• Resell, republish, or redistribute our analysis or platform content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our technology or source code
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent service limitations or pricing
• Use keyword monitoring for harassment, stalking, or illegal surveillance
• Circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable securities laws or regulations
• Engage in activities that disrupt or impair Service functionality

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Investment losses or financial decisions made using our Service
• Data inaccuracies, delays, omissions, or errors in SEC filings
• Service interruptions, outages, or technical issues
• Third-party actions or EDGAR system outages
• Keyword alert failures or missed notifications
• Unauthorized access or data breaches
• Loss of data or account suspension

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of any law; (d) your infringement of third-party rights; or (e) investment decisions based on our Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access for:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Engagement in prohibited activities
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Platform abuse or unauthorized access attempts
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity

You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of your billing cycle. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and our company and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
